Editor: Force is a free IDE for the FORTRAN 77 programing language.
This project was firstly started in 1999 with a simple editor for my college friends. Now, the Force is a complete IDE capable to compile programs for Win32 with the G77 compiler and debug these with the GDB Debbuger.
